Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of NumerologyCalc.org and any optional personalized numerology report you purchase from us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a report.
Eligibility and Age
This site is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase a personalized report. Do not submit a child's name, birth date, or email address in a paid report order.
Free Tools and Entertainment Purpose
Our free calculators provide numerology results for entertainment and self-exploration. Numerology is not scientifically proven, and site content is not medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make after reading any result.
Personalized Reports
A personalized report is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. The plan, price, included sections, and estimated delivery time shown before payment form part of your order. We deliver the report through a private link sent to the checkout email address. Report content remains available for 365 days after it is prepared; save your PDF or personal copy before that period ends.
Your Information and Input Responsibility
You are responsible for entering an accurate name, birth date, email address, and any optional personalization details. We prepare the report from the information you submit. You must have permission to submit another person's information for a couple report and may not use the service to impersonate, harass, or profile someone without a legitimate personal purpose.
Payment and Delivery Problems
Prices are shown before checkout and charged once through Stripe. If a report is delayed, missing, duplicated, or technically unusable, contact us promptly. We will investigate the order and, where appropriate, redeliver or prepare a corrected copy. If we cannot provide the purchased report, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds
Refund treatment depends on whether the issue is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, unresolved technical failure, or dissatisfaction with delivered content. The full rules, request window, and any preparation or processing deductions are stated in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Personal Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save, print, and share your own report privately. You may not resell reports, reproduce the site as a competing service, scrape content at scale, bypass access controls, or interfere with the site.
Intellectual Property
The site design, original text, report structure, software, and branding belong to NumerologyCalc or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material. Numerology methods and mathematical ideas that are in the public domain remain outside this ownership claim.
Privacy and Retention
Free calculator inputs stay in your browser. Paid-order data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Report content is retained for 365 days after preparation; order, payment, support, and delivery records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations, unless a longer period is legally required.
Service Availability and Disclaimer
We may maintain, update, or discontinue site features. To the extent permitted by law, the site and numerology content are provided without warranties of predictive accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NumerologyCalc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on numerology content. Our total liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.
United States Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without selecting an exclusive state forum and without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unresolved disputes may be brought in a United States court that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.
