Scope of This Policy
This refund policy applies only to our optional paid personalized numerology reports. It does not apply to the free calculator, which does not require a purchase.
The free calculator continues to run in your browser only. If you choose to order a personalized report, you enter a separate paid flow covered by this policy.
30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for a paid personalized report.
We review requests manually. This is not an instant self-service refund flow, and refunds are not issued automatically at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page or email [email protected].
Please include:
- The email address used for the order
- Your approximate purchase date
- A short explanation of the issue or reason for the request
When Refunds May Be Approved
We may approve refunds for situations such as:
- Dissatisfaction with the purchased report
- Duplicate charges
- Non-delivery of the report
- Technical problems that prevented proper fulfillment
Each request is reviewed individually so we can confirm the order details and the best resolution.
What Is Refunded
Approved refunds are partial refunds of the report price, returned to your original payment method, minus the two non-refundable amounts below:
- A preparation and fulfillment fee equal to 25% of the report price. Each report is prepared individually, and this fee covers the work involved in preparing and delivering it.
- Payment processing fees. Any fee charged to process the original payment is excluded from the refund amount.
For example, on a $36.99 report the preparation fee is about $9.25 (amounts vary by report type).
Limits and Exceptions
- This policy does not apply to the free calculator or other non-purchase features.
- We may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, or repeated bad-faith refund claims.
- Chargeback abuse or deliberately false claims may result in support restrictions.

If your report was delayed, missing, or delivered with a technical problem, please contact us first. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly without needing a refund.
